Puerto Rico Tourism Board Details Miss Universe Itinerary

The 75th edition of Miss Universe will feature seven scheduled activities across Puerto Rico before the final competition on November 24. The Puerto Rico Tourism Company announced the full agenda on Thursday. These events are designed to bring international candidates to specific municipalities for cultural and social interactions.

The schedule begins in Aguadilla in western Puerto Rico. The first public event takes place on November 11. City officials, including Mayor Julio Roldán, will host a celebration for the international representatives. The program includes music, entertainment, and a direct welcome from the local community.

On November 14, the candidates will travel to Ponce in the south. They will participate in a social initiative called Luz de Esperanza: Universo Rosa. The event is supported by Dr. Ana Di Marco. Candidates will meet with cancer patients to share experiences and messages of hope. The activity aims to connect the pageant platform with local solidarity efforts.

Guaynabo in the metropolitan area will host a visit on November 16. Candidates will tour La Marquesa Forest Park under the guidance of Mayor Edward O’Neill. The site is a major recreational and natural attraction. The visit is intended to showcase the island's natural landscape and tourism offerings to the international contestants.

Hato Rey will host a special event on November 17 at the facilities of SER de Puerto Rico. Nilda Morales, the organization's president, will coordinate the visit. The group supports people with functional diversity and their families. Each candidate will bring a representative item from their home country. These items will be auctioned to support the organization's work.

The official pageant calendar continues with the national costume show on November 21. The preliminary competition follows on November 22. The grand final is set for November 24. Telemundo will broadcast the final event at 7 p.m. Eastern Time. Jacky Bracamontes and Carlos Adyan will serve as hosts for the ceremony.

Willianette Robles Cancel, executive director of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, stated that the host role allows the island to project its diversity to the world. She said the agenda was developed with municipalities and partners to highlight local attractions. The goal is to provide visitors with an authentic experience of Puerto Rican culture and hospitality.
