Nordstrom Cuts Prices by 60 Percent in Sudden Week-Long Blowout
The retailer added an extra 20 percent discount to thousands of items, making the event the deepest markdown of the fall season.

Prices on designer goods at Nordstrom are currently as low as 60 percent off the original retail value. The retailer launched this seven-day clearance event on Tuesday, Oct. 27, and it will end Monday, Nov. 2, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
The discount structure layers a new 20 percent reduction on top of existing markdowns. This applies to thousands of already discounted products across every department, including fashion, beauty, homeware, holiday items, and children's clothing and toys. As a result, customers can find items reduced by 40, 50, or more than 60 percent.
The sale emphasizes Nordstrom's core accessories inventory. Specific discounted brands include Tory Burch for footwear, Zoë Chicco for jewelry, and Saint Laurent, Miu Miu, and Prada for eyewear. Leather handbags are also part of the markdown list. The retailer noted that inventory is moving quickly during the event.
Before this week, the store had already begun reducing prices on fall merchandise. The additional 20 percent cut deepens those previous reductions without changing the product selection. The event covers the full range of the company's seasonal stock.
Shoppers can access the sale exclusively online at Nordstrom.com. The deadline remains fixed for Monday evening. No further extensions or price changes are scheduled for this specific promotional window.
